The Wish Upon a Wedding launch
party on January 17th celebrated the beginning of a new opportunity for
Michigan’s wedding industry. The non-profit organization provides wedding wishes to those facing a terminal illness or other serious life-altering circumstances.
The Michigan chapter's launch party took place at the Crofoot Ballroom in Pontiac and ushered guests into an evening filled with Pure Michigan delights. Specialty drinks and foods were enjoyed while listening to two of the area's hottest bands - The Dan Rafferty Band and Collision Six. Guests also experienced ShutterBooth and karaoke during the night, and a silent auction was held to raise money for Wish Upon a Wedding.
The décor and floral decorations highlighted some of the hottest trends in the industry from some of Michigan’s top vendors. All of these elements combined to perfectly set the scene for an evening of networking and supporting Michigan’s new opportunity.
